Throughout the construction of this site a firm policy has been implemented through which no form of online or offline resource theft, copying, or modyfying of existing material has taken place.

All photos on our site belong either to the owners of this site, or have been been published with the permission of the original owners, or have legally been purchased through various stock photo merchants, through agreements which allow this site to use such material in a specified manor.

All copy and written words on this site ( not including banners or advertising texts) is either the intelectual property of this sites owners/creators or has been reproduced with the permission of the creator, or for purposes of crediting the producers, writers, or creators of specific content which is featured on our site.

All flash movies, widgets, and presentations not belonging to the owners of this site, have been legally acuired online from vendors who openly and freely offer such contents and their code, to be used by anyone who should choose to do so.

All additional web resources, and content which we have implemented, used, or integrated in to our site, has been either legally purchased, freely obtained as freeware, or is being used with permission given to our webhosts or to us, by the owners of such resources.

The only object or content on our site which we believe that we cannot claim sole ownership or intellectual property over, is our privacy policy. Although this policy was arranged and written out by us, and tailored to serve our websites customers, this policy as it now stands, is a derivative of many existing policies which we examined, and from which we then composed our own.

If for any reason whatsoever, any person or web concern, feels that we have unacceptably encroached apon their intelectual property or published work, we will readily and timeously review any such concerns, and be sure to examine any percieved conflict with immediacy, and with a sincere desire to resolve any such conflict.

We do not condone or agree, to the dowloading, or online theft, through copying & pasting, or any other proceedure, of the content of our website. We have worked hard and creatively to produce original copy and visual content of a high quality, for our website visitors, and therefore do not permit the copying or use OF ANY OF OUR CONTENT for any use or in any format whatsoever.
