MAKEUP ARTISTS / INDEPENDANT STYLISTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CASH: Makeup artists are Freelance, independant contractors and must be payed seperately, in cash after the service.
While we anticipate providing an online makeup booking service for you as we grow, our current service extends only to a linked booking with your hair appointment.Which we believe offers a convenient, and more comprehensive glamour service to you, our client.
IMPORTANT!
It is important to understand and comply with the following proceedures when booking makeup with your hair.
Your makeup booking is made with an independent contractor, and as such, after we have made your reservation with this person, all ammendments, cancelations and communications shall be strictly between you and the makeup artist/company.
hairandbeauty.co.za accepts no liability for cancelations, ammendments, or communications either by the makeup artist/company towards you, or by you towards the makeup artist company. Once we confirm your makeup reservation, and should no changes or ammendments be neccesary from your side, then you may accept your reservation as secured.
Our only involvement in this service is to book such an artist for you at a specific salon. After making your online booking we will send your contact details to your chosen proffessional, as well as provide you with their contact details. Any changes to your makeup booking is strictly between you and them. Late cancelation fees are applicable for cancelations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Since this is an independant service provided for you, should any ammendments to your Hair Booking be necessary, which will in turn affect your makeup reservation, THE ONUS IS ON YOU to cancel, ammend and reschedule your makeup appointment. This must be done directly with your makeup artist, using the contact information for this artist which we will send to you. Should any difficulties occur in contacting your makeup artist, please email us at makeup@hairandbeauty.co.za , and we will attempt to contact your contractor.
Please note that our synchronised hair and makeup booking is only available in the salon as a linked service, and must follow the time of your hair appointment. Your makeup artist will be sheduled to meet you in the salon 10 to 15 minutes after your hair appointment ends. We do not accept staggered appointments, where your makeup service in the salon is rescheduled for a later, earlier, or different time to your hair appointment.
