The All Hair Academy has it's own share of Wealthy, Influential and High Profile clients. The relationships that we have with our clients are relaxed, professional and discreet. A few years back, a Vidal Sassoon creative director in London was noted for controversially stating that, at his salon, every client is considered equally special and no additional favour is bestowed upon superstars or famous patrons. While we have found that, pertaining to our South African based clientele who fall into this profile, a simple reservation in normal salon hours is both preferential and acceptable, we also appreciate that for High Profile international visitors who are unfamiliar with our environment and work ethics, assurances for privacy and security are paramount.
Our V.I.P. Booking process follows the same steps as our standard Online booking service, however, all pre arranged V.I.P. preferences will be factored in to the reservation. When booking online, simply tick/enable the "V.I.P. Booking" box, and enter your prearranged code into the text box. All additional costs will be added to the reservation price.

AFTER MAKING YOUR RESERVATION, AND SECURING YOUR BOOKING (Read V.I.P. terms and conditions below) A N "ACTIVE V.I.P. CODE" WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADRESS. THIS CODE CAN BE USED BY YOU FOR ANY AMENDMENTS YOU MAY WANT TO MAKE TO YOUR BOOKING.
FOR GROUP BOOKINGS, ENSURE THAT YOUR GUESTS ARE SUPPLIED WITH THIS CODE AS THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO USE IT WHEN MAKING THEIR BOOKINGS INDIVIDUALLY. THIS CODE WILL LINK EACH GUEST TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

PLEASE NOTE: The above options only pertain to the timing of your booking, and the attendance charges per professional present. All services provided to you by these professionals, will be added to this amount. These prices will be in accordance with our Standard "1st time Booking" Benefit Rates.

V.I.P BOOKINGS: INFORMATION & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We do not facilitate online merchant transactions. Due to the personalised services, arrangements, and the procurement of out of hours services by select professionals for you, we do require a advance SERVICE DEPOSIT payment to be made via ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER no less than 5 DAYS prior to your booked date.
V.I.P. BOOKING STEPS:
STEP 1 Submit application for your 24HOUR V.I.P. Booking code. Wait for your 24 hours booking code, which we will email to you within 12 TO 24 hours.
STEP2 Once you recieve your code from us, make your Booking on our "Book Hair" pages. Be sure to enter your 24 hour booking code in to the relevant field on page 1 of our booking process.This booking will be for you only. Should your total booking include additional people, they must book their apointments individually at whichever times you or they deem convenient.
STEP3 After submitting your booking with us, we will confirm your dates, preferences and professional's availability via email within 24 hours. This email will include our banking details. Once we have confirmed your booking, You will be required pay a booking deposit as outlined below, in order to SECURE your reservation. PLEASE NOTE: Our booking confirmation is merely to inform you that all your booking criterIa can be met by us, no bookings will have been made on your behalf. You may consider your bookings SECURED and in place once we have recieved, and cofirmed your DEPOSIT,
STEP4 Once we recieve proof of your deposit payment ( details below), we will send you a BOOKING SECURED email, along with your V.I.P. ACTIVATION CODE. This code will remain active until the time of your reservation, and can be used as a reference in all queries, amendments or cancelations. If your booking includes other people or is a group booking, BE SURE TO PROVIDE EACH PERSON WITH THIS CODE. They must book their apointments individually, and when using this code (page 3 of booking process), their bookikings will automatically be linked to your original boooking.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not require an advance payment for your actual Hair, Beauty, Makeup, or nails SERVICES. These charges may be settled in Salon at the conclusion of your appointment. Your Advanced V.I.P. payment, is comprised only of THE TOTAL OF ALL CHARGES pertaining to the V.I.P. "OPTION" and optional services WHICH YOU SELECTED in the Options menu. Depending on how many professionals you reserve for your booking the correct total of your V.I.P. booking payment can be correctly calculated, by multiplying the OPTION PRICE by the amount of professionals that you require. EG: OPTION 3 = R800, this price is only for your hair appointment. Should you require a makeup artist and nail technician also, then your charge will be R 2400. Should you further want to make use of the private entrance option (R500), then your total advance payment will be R 2900.
GROUP BOOKING / Additional people.
Should your V.I.P. BOOKING incorporate additional people, EG: 5 people, an additional R300 per person (client) must be added to the above total. The total advanced payment would thus be R2900 + R1500 (5 people) = R4400.
Your Guests. Booking process.
If your booking includes the procurement of services for additional people, other than yourself, the reservations process for each of your guests is identical to your own. After making your reservation, using your 24 hour booking code, and once we have recieved your confirmation of payment, we will send you an ACTIVE V.I.P. code, which will remain valid until the time of your appointment. Provide each of your guests with this code. Your guests may then make their own reservations individually through our online booking service. Each of your guest will simply enter the active V.I.P. code in to the booking form. This will link their booking to your reservation.
Group bookings. Timing & coordination:
It is highly reccomended, in the case of group bookings, specifically with 4 or more guests, that you coordinate the times of your guests appointments. This will ensure a smooth efficient work flow. Should your booking be for a wedding, supplying your guests with exact times of arrival may proove helpfull to you.
Loose group booking. Should you prefer a non specific appointment structure to your group booking, enabling a more flexible arrival of guests, and flow of services, simply have your guests choose the "V.I.P. group" option in the "time" drop down menu, on step 1 of the booking process.
With this option your guests may arrive at any time, and in any order. Please ensure a continuous availability and flow of clients for each of the professionals present at the salon during your booking. Each professionnal alots a specific amount of time to your booking, in accordance with how many people they must service, and the duration of each service.
EG: If you have secured the additional services of a makeup artist, for 4 guests. The makeup artists, will alot 45 minutes to each guest and will thus be booked for a period of 180 minutes ( 3hours). Should your guests arrive at irregular intervals which cause unnecessary delays between services, the added time of the professional will be added to your in salon settlement.
Should your booking be confirmed by us, you may consider it reserved, however, it WILL NOT BE SECURED before we have recieved a certified PROOF OF PAYMENT from you, which reflects the full amount costof your V.I.P.booking (As outlined above). Should your proof of payment not be recieved by us, or your transaction not reflect in our banking records, 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, then your reservation will be considered nullified and cancelled.
Should you have made an early ( More than 5 days prior to appointment) advanced payment, and need to cancel your booking, a cancelation fee of R 350 (Zar) applies, and will be deducted from your full initial payment. All remaining funds will be transferred back in to the same account from whch your payment was made. Please include exact banking account details to us with your cancelation request. Funds will be tranferred to your account, within 24 hours following your cancelation. All cancelation requests must be emailed to vipbookings@hairandbeauty.co.za
Please ENSURE that CANCELATIONS ARE MADE NO LESS THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE. Failure to advise us of your cancelation within this time frame, and prior to 72 HOURS will lead to the FORFEITURE IN FULL, OF ALL FEES and PAYMENTS made by you, pertaining to that (your) booking.
Should you be booking from a location outside of South Africa, are not a South African citizen, or are securing your booking in a currency other than Zar (South African Rand) please understand that we do not accept any liability for the depreciation or appreciation of any foreign currency, and the value thereof, against the South African Rand. Please be aware of this, if you are making a booking well in advance. All refunds by hairandbeauty,co,za will be made in South African Rand, according to the exact amount of South African Rand that was paid for the service.
Confirmation: A copy of a your original deposit /payment slip, or electronic notification should be sent to us immediately after your deposit. PROFESSIONALS
Not all professionals at the creative precinct are available for V.I.P. bookings. With regards beauty, and nails services, should or professional not be available we will book you highly rated independant contractors, who we feel confident will provide you with a great service.
CATERING
For your pleasure and convenience we offer you the benefit of being catered for or recieving meal deliveries from a host of fabulous restaurants in our area, or even greater Jhb, during your visit. You may choose from a variety gastronomic options. After recieving your booking info, we will send you menus & catering options to choose from.
